Delivery Policy
Our fresh produce means that orders are subject to availability. Should we be unable to fulfil your order, we will refund your amount within 48 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges for areas within 15 miles of CB23: Orders valued at £15 or less will incur a £0.99 delivery charge. Orders valued at more than £15 qualify for free delivery.
Delivery Charges for rest of England Orders valued at £50 or less will incur a £5.99 delivery charge. Orders above £50 qualify for free delivery.
Terms and conditions of delivery
- Deliveries are made every day. Limited deliveries on Sundays and no deliveries during Public/Bank holidays.
- Same-day delivery only applies to orders within 10 miles of CB23. To guarantee same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 pm on the day. If placed after 11 pm, delivery will occur the following day. Ayrafreshmart endeavors to fulfill same day delivery, however it
reserves the right to deliver the following day. - Next working day delivery is available for all postcodes in England, provided the order is placed by 12pm midday.
- Should you provide delivery instructions to leave the order in a safe place,the Carrier will follow these instructions. However, neither the
Carrier nor Harvest2Home will be held responsible if the order is lost, either in whole or in part.
Our cancellation policy is as follows
Once your order is completed, you will not be able to amend your order or delivery time. If you need to amend your order or delivery time, your order will need to be cancelled by contacting contact@ayrafreshmart.com and you should quote your name, order reference number, contact number and home address in the email. If you cancel your order on the day of your delivery, a charge of £4.99 will
be applied as the order would have already been dispatched. If you cancel your order before the day of your delivery, no charges will be
applied and a full refund will be processed within 10 working days, payable back to the card that was used during the original purchase.
