Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@ayrafrreshmart.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

In case you have used any “coupon code / offer” while placing an order which is applicable to the product which is being refunded, the appropriate adjustments will be made to the amount being refunded.

If the goods have been dispatched or delivered, but you have changed your mind, please give written notice via email of your wish to return the items to AyraFreshmart within 14 working days of receipt.

You will not be entitled to this cancellation period should the item being considered for return be something that deteriorates quickly, has a limited expiration date or is frozen food. These non-refundable goods are defined under the term “perishable foods and drinks.”

Sweet Box Refund Policy

  • At ayrafreshmart.com, every Sweet Box is carefully pre-checked and inspected for external quality before it is handed over to you.

  • If you notice any externally damaged items in your Sweet Box, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery or collection.

  • As fresh produce is delicate in nature, we cannot guarantee the internal condition of items. However, in the extremely rare case that all items in your Sweet Box (6 pcs or 12 pcs) are spoiled internally, we will arrange a replacement with your next order.
    We kindly request that such issues be reported within 3–4 days of delivery or collection. Please also refer to our Sweet Box storage guidelines.

  • We source the best-quality produce from different regions, allowing everyone in the UK to enjoy seasonal freshness. We truly appreciate your continued support and feedback.

        Refund Policy fo Sweet Boxes

  • If mangoes exhibit signs of external blackening, refunds will not be issued for these instances. Refunds will only be processed for mangoes that have been cut open and found to be rotten from the inside.
  • To initiate a refund request, customers must provide clear photographic evidence of all mangoes arranged on one plate, clearly showing their condition.
    Please note that all refund requests must adhere to these guidelines to be considered valid.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your Sweet Box immediately upon receipt. If any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact ayrafreshmart.com right away so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or special-order Sweet Boxes, and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your Sweet Box or its contents.
Unfortunately, sale items are non-returnable.

Refunds Due to Expiry / Best-Before Dates

Some items included in our Sweet Boxes are specially sourced and imported for ayrafreshmart.com customers, as they may not be readily available in the UK market. We always aim to source products with the maximum possible expiry or best-before dates.

However, due to stock availability in the UK, expiry dates may vary. As this is an online business, we cannot process refund claims if the product has more than one month remaining on its expiry or best-before date at the time of dispatch.

This policy does not apply to products with a shelf life of less than one month, and refunds cannot be processed for perishable items.

Exchanges & Returns

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the Sweet Box you have. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate new order for the replacement item.

For nationwide deliveries, we do not accept returns unless an incorrect item was sent by ayrafreshmart.com or the Sweet Box arrived damaged or not in good condition.

For local delivery areas, customers may return an incorrect or damaged Sweet Box to the nearest collection point, after which a refund can be initiated.

Please note that refund requests made on unreasonable grounds may result in ayrafreshmart.com reviewing or restricting the processing of future orders from the customer.

Refund Process

Any approved refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned Sweet Box.

Refunds under £5 are issued as store credit. This is due to a £2 bank transaction fee charged on refunds below £5, and we do not wish to pass this cost on to our customers. Store credit has no expiry date and can be used at any time, even after several months or years.

Refunds above £5 will be credited directly back to the original payment card.
